We provide innovative and unique in-house evidence-based programmes that take an holistic approach. These include the specific treatment of offending behaviour as part of an integrated approach to patient treatment and clinical management, and a complete transition management service.
The service, which is available at Linden House and Rowan House, aims to reduce patient risk, promote measurable psychological and social adjustment, and develop individuals real world skills.
