Seamless referral and admission

With our streamlined referral process, a potential service user can be assessed and admitted within 24 hours. Our central admissions team are trained to handle your referral and answer any questions you may have quickly and effectively.

Effective care packages

Our multi-disciplinary teams develop and deliver well-structured care programmes that integrate the latest evidence-based treatments in order to offer each patient or resident the most effective care package possible. All of our treatments are outcome based and are built around the personalised care pathway, which aims for gradual improvement in condition and, wherever possible, re-integration into a more community-based setting.

Regular updates

Our regular External Formal Reviews are designed to assess patients’ progress and development, allowing us to make adjustments to treatment where required, and providing you with information on the progress of your service user. We proactively involve clinicians and healthcare workers in these updates, and are happy to provide you with documentation to support any formal reports you may have to make.
