If you join Care Principles as a Registered Nurse, you will be appointed a preceptor / clinical supervisor to support you through a comprehensive, competence-based programme of standards for ‘Capable Practice’.

This will enable you to adopt a self-directed and reflective approach to your own development, and to the growth of your Professional Portfolio, which meets your PREP requirements.

The standards that are covered comply with the NHS Framework for Mental Health.
