A richly rewarding career choice.

Working for Care Principles can be highly rewarding - and in more ways than you may expect. As a member of our team, you will be playing an instrumental role in the lives of our service users: their development, and ultimately, their future, lies largely in the hands of our clinical, pastoral and support teams.

A career with Care Principles isn’t only about helping other people, though. We applaud individuals with ambition and the desire to learn - and Care Principles is the ideal place to do this. Our robust training and development programme and performance appraisal system provides tremendous potential for personal and professional growth, with the opportunity to gain qualifications and make significant leaps in your career. Our development opportunities don’t stop at practical qualifications, either - we also offer an excellent management development programme.

In whatever capacity you join Care Principles, we think you’ll find us a good choice.

Who do we employ?

Care Principles employs a broad spectrum of people, from psychologists, psychiatrists and therapists to nurses, teachers, therapists and social workers. Our teams extend way beyond these fields, however. All of our facilities are heavily dependent upon an extended network of support staff including grounds and maintenance staff, IT specialists, accountants, HR and administrative personnel.

We seek to attract and retain people of the highest calibre – having the right skills and experience is only part of our criteria. We want to find people who share our values, our ethos and our commitment to caring. By employing people who share our beliefs, we are able to provide a happy, productive and enjoyable working environment - one that benefits each other, as well as our service users and partners.

What are our facilities like?

We ensure that all of our facilities are attractive, safe, comfortable and enjoyable places to work: where our staff’s contributions and aspirations are recognised and rewarded. Our hospitals and specialist care homes are well-furnished and extremely welcoming with modern facilities.

As a member of the Care Principles team, you will also benefit from an ongoing staff development programme, with plenty of opportunity to gain skills and qualifications, to advance your career.
