Ridgeway
Ridgeway is a specialist residential therapeutic care home for men and women with learning disabilities and other continuing care needs. Our residents benefit from an individually-tailored care programme and a range of rehabilitation activities, all designed to help them grow in confidence and independence. The environment at Ridgeway is one of mutual respect and social inclusion, with the continual care and support of a multi-disciplinary team of care professionals.

Service users:
Men and women aged 18 upwards with:
- A learning disability and/or other mental disorder
- Challenging behaviour or institutionalised behaviour
- Have complex needs that are not being met in their current placement, for example lower-security units or community-based placements
- Continuing care needs
